Add folder scoped documentation (#11)

Warning: Breaking change (this now will be the definitive way for custom templates)

Now, docs_gm supports nested folders with scripts inside.
It partialy solves #2. For now, it does not support adding custom documentation inside each folder (it's partially implemented)

The rendering system has been rewrited from scratch. It now uses a more smarter way of rendering, and the design declaration inside the template.json file is now much cleaner and easier to read.

A new global function linkTo(element) has been added. Check the documentation for more info (custom_templates.md)
