Fix some typos in README.rst (#53)

* Fix some typos in README.rst

I think the BMW service is called "ConnectedDrive", not "Connected Driver"

Also removed some periods that seemed strange to me.

Added a note so that people don't forget to put their model year in the title of the issue.
