:green_heart: Fix Jest config

Regenerated `yarn-lock.json` to update the `istanbul` version, that was
  containing the Jest's coverage-breaking commit.
Set `cacheDirectory` in `babel-loader` for Jest to default path, instead
  of `true`, because the current version breaks `cacheDirectory`
  fallback.
