Patching geology and plot_slices classes

* Updating plotlocal (in geology class) class so it behaves analogous to the
  plot function in terms of being able to fill polygons and return
  legend-handles and labels
* Fixing bug in export_slices (plot_slices class), which wasn't
  returning Figure objects when plots aren't saved to disc.
