* Add a tool to send an email when fixed bugs with patch landed in m-c have no assignees

* Remove useless file: auto_nag/scripts/automated_release_emails.py

* Fix an open not closed in no_assignee

* Remove relative paths in no_assignee to avoid errors

* Add a function mail.sendMail

* Remove sendMail from email_nag and use mail.sendMail instead
