build(package.json): Set CoffeeScript version in stone

No point in attempting to migrate to new package name "coffeescript" as they didn't bother to
publish "1.12.8 version, the only 1.x version there. As there will be no further updates to 1.x and
the 2.x has Node-6.x dependency, I pinned our version to the last published one. We can revisit
CoffeeScript 2.x compatibility once Node-4.x is no longer supported.
