build: Simplify tss2-esys directory structure.

The reason for this change is the same as for tss2-sys since SIT
effectively mimiced the layout there. Again this change just flattens
the directory higherarchy a bit with all of the files previously in
`$(srcdir)/tss2-esys/esapi_util` now under `$(srcdir)/tss2-esys`.
