Config Changes for Local Development Docker-Compose Deployment

Improved docker-compose settings to better prepare for ultimate Docker Cloud deployment. Established volumes between web and nginx containers so nginx could handle the serving of static files. Created initial dynamically generated nginx configuration file to test nginx basic auth, and allow alternate deployment configuration using docker environment variables. Added restart directives to all docker services. Exposed port 6379 in Redis container.

Removed commented code and modified gunicorn application launch to specify application name, add an additional worker, and remove unnecessary IP declaration.

Added various files for nginx container configuration including default credential file.

Minor edits to README to account for above changes.
