FIX(cmd,cfgcmd): config desc emitted dupes due to bad overrides

...in class-methods interpolating Configurable's help (a7364f7b):
these overrides did not use super(), but invoked them on Configurable
class directly;
end result was that help texts were mentioning "Configurable"
repatedely!!

- Was helped by:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1269217/calling-a-base-classs-classmethod-in-python
- No CfgCmd TC caught this!!
(it was a single cli TC)
- BUT was failling bc DESC WORK, and interpolations happen prematurely
due to forgotten stub-keys!
