Fix: app crash on focussing topic input in compose box.  (#2041)

* Fix: app crash on focussing topic input in compose box.

This was introduced in #2020, now getTopicsforNarrow is no longer selector. Now it takes narrow as parameter and return selector according to it.

* Fix: eslint warnings.

*Rename ...forNarrow to ...ForNarrow to pass spell check.

*Remove unused variables from flagReducers.

*Run prettier on flagReducers.

* Add message flow type in flagReducers.

* Fix: flow errors.

We get list of message ids rather than messages.

* Remove redundant checks in TopicAutocomplete.

Topics will always be defined.
