Move dependencies to root using lerna

 * Use `lerna bootstrap --hoist` to move dependencies to the root and
   symlink them in the packages
 * Use same versions of dependencies in all packages for consistency
   (not required by --hoist but makes life easier)
 * Adapt Travis tests
