Fix #28 Use a hard dependency for the example

npm 5 changed how local dependencies are installed. Symbolic links
are now used which causes issues with module resolution after Webpack
crawls through the JavaScript to bundle everything up. Installing
from a tarball created by `npm pack` does not appear to quite work
because of how volatile the checksum is.

Due to these problems, the example will now use a hard dependency on
the dockerfile-language-service npm module. This has the unfortuante
side effect of making it difficult to test changes during development
but one can always manually copy and paste the lib/ folder into the
example/node_modules/dockerfile-language-service/lib/ folder if
necessary.
