* create a DeviceFingerprintGenerator interface to generate unique device fingerprints for trusted devices.

This makes the current geography based fingerprinting extensible

* the recordDate for a trusted record should be included in key generation & validation

* update REST MFA trusted device storage documentation

* provide the Principal uid when generating the device fingerprint

* checkstyle fixes

* rename device fingerprint component and move it to the webflow package
