ISO3 Kosovo from KSV to XKX + more tests

The ISO3 code of Kosovo is not official yet,
but based on Worldbank, XKX seems to be the
official one (in line with the ISO2 code):
http://api.worldbank.org/countries?format=json&per_page=10000
