Drop the explicit DateModel, use two DateTimes for Slots

Even if you maintain the invariant that each slot does not cross the
midnight in UTC+00:00, there still will be a timezone where this slot
*does* cross the midnight. So, you have to store the date twice.

Sorting by DateTime in SQLite is slightly more difficult, so see how
type casting is done with func.TIME (func.DATE) instead of cast(...,
TIME) or cast(..., DATE)
