Fix: #62: Error parsing Ogg: "FourCC contains invalid characters".

Most likely caused due to incorrect Ogg frame encoding. The last page
should be marked with the last page of logical bitstream, in the
header_type_flag, which is not done.

Started to make use of debug module.
