MAID-2409 feat/API: Expose a function to read containers access permissions from an auth URI (#172)

* feat/auth: Add binding function for getting app container name and containers permissions from auth URI
* refactor/API: Rename function getContainerName to getOwnContainerName
* refactor/getContainersPermissions: minor refactor to related code and tests
* feat/authGranted: clone the autheGranted FFI struct received into a js object, and convert it back to FFI struct when passing it back to another FFI function
* refactor/ffi: make sure a new CString is allocated for the containerInfo name
* style/makeError: rename makeFfiError instances to makeError for consistency, plus minor changes to some tests
* test/openUri: add comment about an issue with openUri function for Windows
* doc/AccountInfo: move the AccountInfo type doc to the correct place in the index
* feat/erros: Add a new error code for when the auth URI doesn't contain auth granted information
* test/readGrantedPermissions: add a test with for a valid auth uri that has no containers permissions granted
* refactor/errors: change error message for error code 1009
