Renamed Location.quantity() kw argument

Took the opportunity of the Avatar refactor (which made the docstring
rather obsolete) to give it what should be its final name and behaviour

Also, ``at_datetime`` was ignored when counting for state='present', and
I felt it might be wrong (even though counting avatars that are present,
at a future date without including those in 'future' state seems
pointless in most situations, it could have a use).

In the course of the tests adaptation, a real bug has been found in
aggregate.py, probably due to one of the two major refactors since 0.5
