Commit Message

Clean up database initialization and rake integration

- Split connect! off of initialize!
- Add config and all the defaults to Checkpoint::DB, not scattered
- Add migrate! to Checkpoint::DB
- Clean up the Railtie so it's just about timing and Rails binding not
  detail that really belongs to Checkpoint
- Ignore db/checkpoint.log

This needs a few more tests, but Swapmeet was red... :(
