Update webpack to the latest version 🚀 (#34)

* chore(package): update webpack to version 4.0.1
* chore(package): update lockfile
* Adjust config and plugins for webpack 4
* Adjust new chunk configuration to match the old one

With these settings I've really managed to see the promised
performance boost:
- was: 32341 ms / 1,895,372 bytes,
- now: 25920 ms / 1,883,010 bytes.

Otherwise the Webpack 4 gave me 41515 ms / 2,425,763 bytes!
