New shell completion system

- Console & Remote shell UI now use session PS1 variable as prompt
- This allows to customize the prompt when using shell on multiple frameworks at once.
- Services-based shell completion
    - The Completion decorator adds a list of completers IDs to the methods,
      as a CompletionInfo object
    - Multiple() is replaced by a flag in the decorator and the
      CompletionInfo
    - Missing handlers are ignored (with a debug trace in logs)
