Clarifying the @Local injection documentation & injection error (#1040)

* Expanded the documentation regarding `locals`

* More description exception added to the @Local injection logic.

Rather than a `java.util.NoSuchElementException: No value present` we will now throw an exception that looks like `org.jooby.Err: Server Error(500): Could not find required local 'myLocal', which was required on /mypath`, to help with debugging.

* Removed unnecessary mocks from the MockUnit and removing e.printStackTrace test call
