* LiipImagineThumbnail thumbnail path resolve

* Make \Sonata\MediaBundle\Thumbnail\LiipImagineThumbnail::generatePublicUrl backwards compatible

The newer Liip ImageBundle uses the CacheManager to resolve the thumbnail path.
In order to migrate with backwards compatibility allow the router interface for older Liip\ImagineBundle versions and trigger an deprecation error

* Rewrite the test with prophecy

Mock what we own.

* Assert deprecation message

* Restore protected visibility

Making it private would be a BC-break
