feat: improve sql-tables and mysql driver.

affects: webiny-entity-mysql, webiny-mysql-connection, webiny-sql-table-mysql, webiny-sql-table

Tables can now return SQL only if needed. Connection can be set outside in user's project directory
now. Internal refactors and additional test coverage added.
