Lot of work with TEC3000 from JCI
Now we are able to create the device without failure
Also added the possibility to use the TECSupOnline Proprietary3653 to test the BAS schedule

Eventually, I'll add some kind of way to add proprietary object to devices based on their properties.... but now, everything shall be done manually using bacnet.read('3:5 device 521605 3653', vendor_id=5) for example or bacnet.write('3:5 device 521605 3653 true', vendor_id=5)
