Refactored algorithms to ES6+.  Changed module loading method to import/export by default.  Added es5.js module import file following UMD syntax.  Switched package.json scripts from npm to yarn.  Switched to nyc testing framework.  Tests are performed on ES6+ code via ES6+ mocha/chai tests.  When 'yarn test' is run ES5 algorithm UMD modules and tests are compiled and tested alongside their ES6+ counterparts, using the proper ES5 algorithm version in ES5 test cases.  In addition, during this compilation process a file, ./es5.js, is produced for users to load the modules from via the respective UMD means.  package.json is updated to prefer import/export syntax, the main property points to ./es6.js by default.
