DbicLink2: refactor multifilter_translate_cond - fix #88, fix #89

Refactored the multifilter_translate_cond logic to use a cleaner,
recursive strategy, written with the _binary_op_fuser() in mind (this
didn't exist when the original logic was written). This addressed the
inline OR rhs limitation of _binary_op_fuser (#89).

Additionally, the 'not_contain' multifilter condition types now imply
"NOT NULL" (#88)
