Fixing eslint console.log warnings (#345)

* fixing eslint console.log warnings by pushing errors to sentry 💥

* updated transtransformIgnorePatterns to compile expo-sentry.

* bumping jest-expo to the lastest verison. if we didn't have custom transformIgnorePatterns it would have fixed the sentry compiling issue as well.

* updated remaining console logs to use Sentry 💥
