[WIP] Refactoring webaccess with MIT licensed software

The new web server is based on qhttpserver (https://github.com/nikhilm/qhttpserver)
and http-parser (https://github.com/nodejs/http-parser), both licensed under the MIT terms.
qhttpserver is not maintained anymore but compiles on Qt4.
I've already done some changes to emit a new request when a POST bosy has completely
been received.
So far GET and POST are working. Websockets need to be written from scratch.
