Apply new plugin structure (#20)

* Refactor project in order to apply more convention mapping

We used paket-unity as example plugin structure and applied techniques used there to solve common tasks like data mappings.
work on #15

* Add Plugin extension for PaketPackPlugin

* Add internal namespace and reactive convention mapping for bootstrap tasks

* Remove unused extension assignment
