<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/d0c62f30c">LinkHandler: Inline the invocation in #getWikiLinkHandler

On my Barack Obama wt2html benchmark, this reduces the benchmark time
from 12.71s to 12.33s (12 runs, best and worst thrown out).  It avoids
a completely unpredictable jump to a computed target.
