Resolves #11 JSON parser

To interact with the REST API, Thinkerbell will consume JSON strings
as source code for the scripts. This commit adds a new module,
thinkerbell::parse, with a function Parser::parse designed to
transform a Json object into an unchecked Script object.

Additional changes:
- moved to Serde JSON instead of rustc-serialize;
- split tests into test_lang and test_parse.
