React16 migration (#18)

* Upgrade Enzyme version to 3.3

Upgrade Enzyme version, first step to move to react 16, in order to support it

* Update react version

Update react version to 16, also update some additional dependencies and
fix the TransitionSwitch to pass the tests

* Upgrade jest to remove raf warning

Upgrading jest removed the following warning:
Warning: React depends on requestAnimationFrame. Make sure that you load a polyfill in older browsers. http://fb.me/react-polyfills

* Move to version 1.0.0
