Use gcc-5 as CC

Cmake breaks when CC is set to "ccache gcc". When compiling assembly,
cmake seems to strip out everything but the first word of the command,
and tries to compile with "ccache", which doesn't work.

The paths should be set up, such that using gcc-5 should still use
ccache.
