Difficulty Adjustment Update (#18)

* Fixes for DAA
* Allow DAA to succeed when using checkpoints
* Add "not enough blocks" comments in places that would fail if checkpoints were used to start the sync process.
* Use Bitcoin-ABC convention for the DAA
* Reformat and refactor variables for the DAA's
* Update included checkpoints
