Savepoint: A little more confident with this.

Since docker push is taking way too long here, I decided to set the env vars in
the script instead and, whowouldathunk, it started complaining about being unable
to connect to DB---means it found the ocnfig file at least!

But shit, why will that be a problem when I'm using docker compose? Isn't docker
compose supposed to solve container dependencies?
