add `GET /resets/:token` route back

Add `GET /resets/:token` to avoid changing [service-mailer templates](https://github.com/Storj/service-mailer/blob/master/templates/reset.html) and allow bridge to redirect to the new, correct frontend (i.e. bridge-gui-vue) url.
