Polish give now (#291)

* :lipstick: for give now form

* fix date parsing

* fix fund selection on web

* add contribution views to give now

* give now loading view (better then nothing)

* add guest checkout option

* quick tweaks to contribution form alignment / text size

* removing mapProps from ActivityIndicator. While it worked it does not address the problem it solves at a wide enough scale to make it worthwhile here.

* cleaned up exports for ActivityIndicator 🚀

* removing unused styled component.

* massaged input picker input typography.

* little more polish means a little more 💄. Doing our best to not look like a 🤡
