Refactor Mapstories + Storyframes + Storypins Apps (#1189)

* Refactored annotations app to be storypins app and refactored all initernal naming.  Migration added to change model names in database, tests passing.

* Remove auto generated migration and add a migration that renames the model instead of removing it.

* Change the test script to run all tests and check coverage, not just the ones in the apps directory.

* Change naming from boxes to storyframes.

* Refactor naming on the mapstory model for getting storypin and storyframe info.

* Change the viewer to use storyframes and storypins new naming conventions.
