<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/277b9ec91">Allow Frame#expand to return a Promise.

As always when transforming token pipeline code, the promise is used only
if you are certain that asynchronous expansion has already been signalled;
the Promise is always resolved asynchronously.
