Remove the recursive mappings commands

Recursive mappings commands `:map`, `:nmap`, `:omap`, `:smap`, `:vmap`
have been removed.  Use the non recursive commands instead. These were
because they were not implemented as recursive mappings, and replacing
them now may prevent some potential problems in the future if the
recursive commands are implemented. Here is a table of the old and new
commands:

Recursive command | Non recursive command
----------------- | ---------------------
`map` | `[no]remap`
`nmap` | `[nn]oremap`
`omap` | `[ono]remap`
`smap` | `[snor]emap`
`vmap` | `[vn]oremap`
