<a href="https://github.com/wikimedia/parsoid/commit/1f89e97a2">Use Promise.async/yield in lib/parse.js

This converts the top-level parse function.  It requires prfun 2.1.5
in order to support the optional node-style-callback argument to the
main parse() function, which is only used internally by workers we
create using the `worker-farm` npm module (third-party external users
might also be using this callback argument).
