189 native end in web (#273)

* First steps towards web checkout on native

* Add DeepLinking support

* Begin restored checkout work

* Patch redirect after redirect

* Build restoreContributions mutation

Still need to restore the user

* Pass user and state via query params

* Set full relative route

* Restore contributions and user

* Allow subcomponents to hide the app's tab bar

* Make the PaymentConfirmationForm more flexible and use in RestoredCheckout

* Use redirect query params to identify the result of the transaction

* Make sure related state is updated after things change outside of the app

* Update PaymentConfirmationForm snapshot

* Add scheme to app.json

So we can do newspring://+/give etc

* Remove console.log

* Patch path resolver on run-with-settings

* Use a ROOT_URL environment variable

* Add an example .env file

This will work locally

* minor copy changes

* use in-app browser

* fix snaps
