SERENE-810: Add code coverage tools

* Got JaCoCo working with older version.

* Latest version of JaCoCo also works.

* Added Coveralls target.

* Merged JaCoCo results for unit and integration tests.

* Added Travis -> Coveralls target.

* Try to fix missing plugin prefix problem during Travis build.

* Point Coveralls to aggregate report.

* Removed merging of JaCoCo reports. Renamed jacoco-ut to jacoco so Coveralls finds it.

* Fixed formatting of new code coverage badge.

* Moved plugin configurations to parent.
