Client now attempts to reconnect options.reconnectLimit times before
giving up--reusing the same socket.

connect() still returns a promise--that promise is resolved as soon as
connection is made, regardless if it takes more than one attempt.

reconnect attempts are made on a linear backoff (attempts * delay
seconds [2])

options.url can now be used to pass the connetion url.

connection url parsing now works better--allows for protocol like the
wiki has in the examples

bump faktory to 0.7.0
