refactor(base-entity/resolve#resolveEntity): Change type check execution order (#203)

- Changes` inputType`/`outputType` execution order to have type checks at the beginning and end of Base Entity's lifecycle hooks.
- Adds tests to cover `before`/`after` lifecycle hooks and global middleware.
- `error` lifecycle resolution goes through a final outputType execution.
