Propagate settings down from django to unity for staging (#444)

* Use settings.py to inject game base url, port, path and ssl flag

* Change dev.aimmo... to local.aimmo

* Correct ingress integration test

* Change test settings and tests to make travis pass

* Change function method name to suit new one

* Change the django settings module for the tests

* Add manual app setting config to test

* Remove a setting module that isn't a Python module iden. Resolves #445
