test on new Django releases; pin unittest2; use SVG badges

Since we don't support Python 3 yet, pin unittest2 to avoid deprecation warnings for the changes in 3.2+, e.g. assertRaisesRegex rename.
Coverage should ignore South rules (for Django 1.7).
