- changing 'pk' to 'id' in the ScheduledTask serializer (fixes issue #35)
- implementing a run() method in the ScheduledTask viewset, which calls ScheduledTask.publish() on demand
- implemented run_scheduled_task, an api that implements the new run method on GET
