cdn helper is a bit messy in this commit until I figure out how/if using cdnjs api is a viable choice. For now this will make the #cdn_asset method less important and puts the burden of URL construction in the individual methods. This is because despite what would look like an obvious naming convention with cdnjs.com as the cdn_asset method describes, in practice the url path names vary widely.
